Financial Administrative Support
Over Rood is looking for a financial administrative volunteer who wants to use his/her knowledge and experience to help independent entrepreneurs. As a financial administrative volunteer, you support the clients of our trajectory managers to get their administration in order. You provide these entrepreneurs with an overview and insight into their administration and any debts. You help them get back on track.
Job description
As a financial administrative volunteer, you support entrepreneurs in going through a support trajectory within Over Rood. You help entrepreneurs with their administration and, where necessary, in collaboration with the client, you have contact with the accountant, creditors, curators and/or the tax authorities.
We are looking for several volunteers who want to commit at least 4 hours per week to make a valuable contribution to the Dutch economy and a healthy business climate, in which they also receive support in difficult times. This is an unpaid position, expenses are reimbursed.

What do we expect from you?
• You enjoy using your administrative skills for people who benefit greatly from them
• You have knowledge of finance, administration and the various types of taxes for entrepreneurs
• You speak the language of the entrepreneur and understand that entrepreneurship can sometimes be difficult
• You are accurate with figures and you can handle Excel well
• You are able to prioritize, structure and analyze
What education and experience do we require?
MBO work and thinking level. Knowledge of and experience with setting up, entering and checking administrations is a plus. You are numerically skilled, but also trustworthy and can empathize well with the problems, mental situation and living conditions of clients, without getting emotionally involved. Good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing is a requirement.
