The Dutch Red Cross is there for people in need. Both around the corner and far away. We help from our hearts and with our sleeves rolled up. We also ensure that people can help themselves and teach them how to help others. So that no one is alone in times of need. Since 2015, the Dutch Red Cross has been offering medical and psychosocial support to undocumented migrants. In various cities, we organize first aid/resuscitation training and the Life Skills workshop series. In these Life Skills workshops, participants learn how to better protect their (psychosocial) health and where they can find professional help when needed. We try to give participants a basic knowledge of the Dutch healthcare system and to offer a listening ear in difficult times. Will you help migrants in a vulnerable position to stay healthy?
